Longevity Equals Good Business

January 30, 2008 at 5:17 pm (Business) (, , , , )

The more people I talk to the more I hear complaints about the poor quality of services and products they have or are receiving. Why is that? One of the reasons I believe this is happening is because of how easy it is to buy or build cheap website and how easy it is to falsify the info placed on these sites.  That is why I try to only purchase a product or service from a company that has been around for at least 10 years, a company that has longevity.  So basically they were around before or right after “The Web” became the new platform for businesses to advertise their products and services.  Yes I do make acceptations but that usually only happens if someone I know and trust refers me to a company. Longevity is a sure sign of a company’s good service and or quality products. So if your company is in need of a new or upgraded logo design, web marketing, general business improvement or leadership development, try any of these companies! I have and you’ll hear no complaints from me! Remember to look for longevity when deciding on your next purchase it could save you a lot of time and money.

To Get Breast Surgery or Not to Get Breast Surgery?

January 29, 2008 at 4:55 pm (Health) (, , , )

In today’s ever changing world there is not much out there stopping a person from having the perfect body and achieving their idea of beauty. But is it worth it? Not only can breast surgery be costly but there are still some small health risks involved. So again I ask is it worth it? Well I would have to say that it all depends on the person and the reasons for wanting these changes. For example I know of a young girl who was a DD at age eighteen and already she was showing signs of back and shoulder problems not to mention her terrible self esteem issues. So after discussing breast reduction with their doctor they came to the conclusion that Amy would be a great candidate for Breast a Reduction.  Then there is my aunt who has had a breast reconstruction after her mastectomy again doctors and specialists concluded she would be a good candidate for a breast reconstruction.  On the other hand I know of a lady who decided to get a breast enlargement from a C cup to a DD cup only so that other would notice her and now 5 years later she has come to regret this decision.  Now I am not trying to judge people who do get plastic surgery I am just proposing that we look deep inside ourselves and ask “WHY DO WE WANT TO DO THIS?” And “IS IT WORTH THE COST?”  For some it is the right decision and for other it’s not.  Make your self a list and answer yourself honestly.Reasons why I should get this procedure done:Reasons why I should not have this procedure done:Good Luck with this decision!

Top 10 Reasons to Buy a Flash Drive

January 23, 2008 at 1:56 pm (Technology) (, , )

On my last birthday I was given a USB flash drive from my a freind. I can remember thinking “I will never use this? Why would they waste their money on this? I hope they have a receipt. This is something my husband would like not me.” I really considered returning it but I eventually decided to put it in the desk drawer and didn’t think about it for several months. After some major encouragement from my husband who loves gadgets, it did not take long to learned that this little gift was indeed just that, ”A Gift”.
Here are the top ten reasons why you too should have a flash drive!
1. Easy to carry and travel with.
2. Bring work home from the office and vise versa.
3. Plug into any computer any where any time.
4. Works great as a back up drive.
5. Ghost your computer.
6. Store your personal info.
7. Play your favorite games.
8. Listen to your favorite music.
9. Watch your favorite movies.
10. Store your favorite pictures.

Let me know how you use your flash drive!

Good Service Is Hard to Find!

January 16, 2008 at 9:05 pm (Outdoor Adventures) (, , , , )

Last weekend my family and I took a trip to Bozeman an hour and a half drive way to Big Sky RV our local Montana RV dealer so we could get a hitch added to my mother-in-laws mini van.  Honestly I was not looking forward to the trip it’s like any other automotive fix you better have a good book to read because it going to be a long wait.  Well I have to tell you I was quit surprised by the way the staff treated my whole family.  My boys were offer cookies, cocoa and more cookies and my husband and I had coffee but the kicker was after only a 20 minute wait we told it might be a while till they were done and were offer use of their company van so we could so to the mall.  I thought it was a very nice display of good customer service. My boys are already asking when can we go back!  Thanks Big Sky RV for the service both in the garage and in the office! I guess good service is not so hard to find:)
